Yes — every product is sourced directly from Korean manufacturers or their authorised distributors. We never stock replicas or repackaged products.

Are the products cruelty-free?

Yes — every product we stock is cruelty-free. We verify this with our suppliers and it is something we take seriously when selecting products to carry.

How long will delivery take?

Standard UK delivery takes 3–5 working days. Express delivery (1–2 days) is available at checkout. Orders placed before 1pm on weekdays are dispatched same day.

Can I return a product?

We offer a 30-day returns window on all unopened, unused items in their original packaging. Email hello@eeekoreanbeauty.com with your order number to get started.

I have sensitive skin — are these products safe for me?

Many of our products are formulated for sensitive skin, particularly our Centella and ceramide ranges. We recommend checking the full ingredient list and patch testing before full use.

Do you ship internationally?

Not at the moment — we currently ship to UK addresses only. We're hoping to expand to other countries in future; sign up to our newsletter to be the first to know.

The honest guide to K-Beauty: what our serums and creams can (and can't) do

Skincare marketing is full of miracle promises. We'd rather tell you exactly what's in our Jinsim range, what each formula is designed to do, and what you can realistically expect — so you can choose what's right for your skin.

First, a quick truth about skincare

No cream or serum will transform your skin overnight, and anyone telling you otherwise is selling you a fantasy. What good skincare can do is help your skin look and feel its best: more hydrated, more comfortable, brighter-looking, smoother to the touch. That takes consistency. Hydration benefits can be felt quickly — often within days — while changes in how your skin tone or texture looks tend to take weeks of regular use. Set your expectations there and you'll actually enjoy the process.

If dark spots and dullness are your thing: the Brightening range

The hero here is niacinamide, a form of vitamin B3 and one of the most researched ingredients in skincare. It's known for helping improve the appearance of uneven skin tone, visible pores and dullness. It's joined by rice extract — a brightening ingredient Korean skincare has used for generations, rich in vitamins and amino acids — and coix seed extract (Job's Tears), a grain-derived ingredient traditionally used to promote the look of clearer, glowing skin.

What using it tends to feel like: skin feels hydrated and comfortable from the first use, and with consistent morning and evening use over several weeks, many people find their complexion looks brighter and more even. Dark spots are stubborn — be patient, be consistent, and wear SPF daily, because sun exposure works directly against you here.

Honesty first, because it matters: collagen molecules are too large to be absorbed into the skin, so no collagen cream — ours included — adds collagen to your face. What topical collagen does well is act as a surface hydrator, helping skin look plumper and feel smoother. Around it, this formula layers hyaluronic acid to draw in and hold moisture, ceramides to support your skin barrier and reduce moisture loss, ginseng — Korea's most revered botanical — to help energise the look of tired skin, and antioxidant-rich camellia extract for nourishment.

What using it tends to feel like: an immediate boost in how hydrated and plump skin feels, with skin looking smoother and more refined with continued use. Well-hydrated skin naturally makes pores less noticeable — that's the realistic mechanism behind the name.

If your skin is sensitive or stressed: the Soothing range

This is the range we point people to when their skin reacts to everything. Centella asiatica (you'll see it called "cica" all over K-Beauty) is one of Korea's most celebrated calming botanicals, known for helping soothe the look of redness and support the skin barrier. Artemisia is a traditional Korean herb prized for its calming properties, and mung bean extract brings antioxidant-rich hydration that leaves skin feeling soft and refreshed.

What using it tends to feel like: skin feels calmer, more comfortable and properly moisturised. If your skin often feels tight, reactive or red-looking, gentle barrier-supporting hydration like this is usually the most sensible place to start — before any actives.

How to use them: the order matters

Each range is a serum and cream designed to work as a pair, and the rule for layering is simple: thinnest to thickest.

Apply the cream first and the serum just sits on top doing very little — which is a waste of your money. Both products in each duo are suitable for morning and evening use.

Realistic timelines

Everyone's skin is different and results vary from person to person. If a product isn't working for you after a couple of months of consistent use, it's okay to move on — good skincare is about finding what suits your skin, not forcing a routine.

A sensible note: our products are cosmetic products for external use, not medical treatments, and nothing here is medical advice. Always patch test a new product — apply a small amount to the inside of your wrist or elbow and wait 24 hours.
